Adobe Premiere download comes with all the tools — transitions, effects, layers, color adjustments, filters, etc. Avid MC has always been my tools of choice, will be happy to give Premiere pro a go. I looked at the help page for how to download CS apps and followed the instructions but the only version it offered me was still CC.
